"This well presented family home is within walking distance of all the local amenities in Ryde, and is offered to the market in our opinion in excellent condition. You could just move straight in on moving day, taking away a lot of the stress of buying a home, you'll have nothing more taxing to do then deciding where to put the sofa and the TV!!

For the young growing family you have local schools nearby which save time in the morning. There is a small shop a few steps up the road which is very handy if you forget to pick up a loaf of bread and a pint of milk on the way home from work. There is the 24 hour Tesco Superstore just five minutes away, whilst the beach is a short walk through the town, which is perfect for the summer holidays, as is the close proximity of the fastcat and hovercraft should you commute to the mainland for work, or just fancy popping over to Gunwharf Quay to spend your wages on a well earned shopping trip!

This modern family home really would make the perfect first home for those looking to get onto the ladder, and buy a house that you can just move into and live your life straight away.

We have lived in our family home for 7 years now., after deciding to go for this house over several others we viewed, because for us it was, and in fact still is, in the perfect location but now the children are getting older and bigger we need to move to something slightly larger. We will definitely stay as close as we can to our current home due to the fact it is so close to town, the schools, and we have made some great friends from the neighbours, all of whom have made us feel welcome from day one. We have carried out a few changes to the house over the years, which we feel have improved our home,. We shall definitely miss living here, and we hope the new owners will enjoy living in the house as much as we have.
