Backing directly on to the leafy environs of Appley Park, this bungalow commands probably the most sought after position within the cul-de-sac. Appley Park is a pleasant tree lined parkland which adjoins and leads directly to the sandy beaches of Appley. The coastline stretches for miles in either direction linking neighbouring towns and villages and offering plenty of pleasant walking routes. The bungalow has been largely well maintained in our opinion, although certain elements would benefit from modern improvements offering scope for the new owner to personalize the property to meet their needs. The nearest bus route is just a few minutes walk away for most and there are two convenience stores in the area. Ryde is the closest principle town which is host to a broad selection of essential amenities including shops, a supermarket, post office, doctors surgeries etc. Passenger ferry and hovercraft connections to the mainland are roughly a mile away ideal for commuters or those who frequent or have regular visitors from the mainland.
