Its quiet, yet very convenient setting will make the perfect location for any young, growing family to live happily for many years. Anybody working at the hospital, prisons or in town will be able to walk to work in minutes. Internally, the spacious, well presented accommodation comprises three good sized bedrooms and bathroom on the first floor, whilst the extended ground floor houses the 13ft lounge, 12ft dining room, 14ft kitchen and utility room. Outside, there is driveway parking which is handy when you come home loaded with shopping bags, and a sunny rear garden for everyone to enjoy which provides a safe place for the kids to play in whilst also being a great setting for summertime barbeques. A truly wonderful family home, in an equally brilliant location and offered for sale in 'ready to move into' condition throughout. 

OWNERS COMMENTS When we viewed this house, never in our wildest dreams did we expect to still be living here thirty-two years later! It seemed to be a safe and quiet place to raise our family, and so it proved to be. Everything we have ever needed for daily life is close by including the town centre, local shops, schools and transport links across the Island. We extended the house in 1990 to create move living space downstairs, and the house overall has a very spacious feel to it. The size of the garden, and the fact we could get two cars off the road were also key factors in wanting to buy this house. The neighbours are friendly and considerate and will help you settle in straight away. We will miss the house, and its convenient location when we move.
