"Located on the quiet outskirts of Newport whilst still being able to provide easy access into the Island's principal Town by car or local bus service, this 1970's end of terrace home will make for an excellent family home.

With a large surrounding garden and allocated parking to the side, this property could provide a perfect residence for someone looking to work at the nearby St Mary's Hospital.

The property presently benefits from double glazing throughout as well as gas central heating.
