"Plenty of room for all the family in this huge home in a quiet cul-de-sac.

From the minute you enter you know you will all fit in comfortably as there is a lounge for mum and dad to relax in and a separate dining room over looking the garden for the kids to play in separately.

The kitchen also looks out over the garden, a pleasant view as you cook or do the dishes. A separate utility room houses all the domestic appliances and with tiled floors throughout these two areas ensures that they are easy areas to keep clean. The possibility to knock these two rooms together would offer a larger kitchen – worth considering – take a look.

Essential for a family home this size is two wc’s - box ticked! Upstairs the kids will not fight for the biggest room as they are all of a generous size so they can all be kept happy.

The garden is a dream, plenty of space and scope to further improve and model to suit your own requirements. Currently there is a patio running along the back so you can relax on the table and chairs enjoying the privacy this area offers. The garden then mainly consists of lawn. A child’s trampoline, wendy house, football goals and slide will all fit easily here with room to spare. Park your boat or caravan on the drive with ease and there is plenty of scope to extend the parking even further plus you have a lock up garage for extra parking if you need.

What the Owner says:

We were looking for a family home and at first did not consider looking at this one, but once inside we realised it ticked all the boxes.

The children could all have a good size bedroom and right in front of us was an open green where they could play and we could keep an eye on them to make sure they were safe.

However the huge rear garden was ideal for our family and our dog Roxy can run around to her hearts content.

The long driveway was perfect for parking our caravan on and still left plenty of room for cars to park.
