"This could be the home you’re looking for, with a bit of love and attention you will have a good size family home close to all of Newport’s amenities!

Step into the entrance hall and you have a lounge and separate dining room – ideal if the family want to do different activities, and at the rear of the house there is a good size kitchen with a door out to the sun trap garden.

The stairs run off the dining room and lead to three bedrooms – two very generous doubles and a decent size single. Good news! - the bathroom is upstairs on this one too.

Most of the windows are double glazed and you are kept nice and warm by gas fired central heating.

Outside the rear garden is a decent size and enclosed with a rear access gate. Albany Road is well located and you can be in the town centre within 5 minutes, local schools are nearby – in fact one is a minute walk away.

If you work at the hospital, B&Q, the prisons or even in the town centre you can walk to them all. Behind the property there is also playing fields ideal for walking the dog or letting the children burn off some excess energy.

What the Owner says:

I have lived here for approximately 30 years and have finally decided to move on. I have found the space in my house ideal for a growing family. It has always felt warm and the cavity wall insulation helps greatly.

Being so close to town is ideal yet I still feel like it’s a bit off the beaten track, the neighbours have always been peaceful and the area generally noise free. As the family were growing being so close to schools and the town centre facilities was ideal, feeling like everything I needed was handy and on my doorstep.
