"This is a deceptively spacious home with wonderful light and airy rooms most of which enjoy far reaching views, has a surprising addition, in the form of a fully contained one bedroom garden flat. The views of Carisbrooke Castle from all the rooms at the rear of the property are stunning. A floor to ceiling panoramic picture window in the sitting room makes the most of the properties elevated and rare position.

The Garden Flat with its own separate entrance is extremely well appointed and the rooms including; living room, kitchen, double bedroom bathroom, are generously sized. Having its own enclosed garden with raised decking, is a major benefit and a recent significant addition to an already substantial bungalow.
