"Walk into this impressive hallway and you cannot help but comment on it, and this feeling continues right through the rest of the house. The owners have worked hard to keep the period theme in the property and the lounge, including the original fire place wth its rich deep red tiles and high wooden mantle is gorgeous.

As you wander into the kitchen this is clearly the hub of the home. The natural colour scheme is a delight, and placing the cooker into the chimney breast gives it a real country kitchen look. During the summer when garden parties and barbeques are in full swing you can just open up the large set of French doors from the kitchen out to the garden and ‘volia’ you have everything to hand!

This home is beautifully presented and you would genuinely believe the bathroom came straight out of ‘Style and Home’ magazine. So if you have a family or just looking to up/down size then just bring your things along and move straight in!

What the Owner says:

We love the warm, homely and inviting feeling that greets us on walking through the front door. We bought the house when it was a little ‘tired’ and feel that we have lovingly and sympathetically restored it back to a comfortable family home. We enjoy the period character that our house offers...the open fire is hard to beat on a cold winter’s eve! We love the fact the garden is large and safely enclosed for our children to enjoy, and having a good size family the space comes in handy for a few B&Q’s now and then! It’s a really convenient location; a short walk to the village and all its amenities, and not far either to our favourite Sunday walk along the sea wall from Colwell to Totland.
