"Conveniently situated on the outskirts of the Island's main harbour town of Cowes and only a few minutes drive from Newport this end terrace property has been tastefully decorated and you could move straight in with no fuss.
With two good sized bedrooms and one single bedroom, this home benefits from full double glazing, no onward chain a corner plot and also provides a garage at its rear with additional off road parking for two vehicles.
The large lounge comfortably offers enough room to cater for a full settee suite and you have a full kitchen/diner to the rear. The large front aspect double glazed window brings plenty of light into the lounge and also offers you an elevated view looking out towards the Medina River. I am selling the house due to a move to the mainland for work purposes. The house is really light and airy, not at all over looked and has a great view across the Medina to East Cowes.
Fraser Close is quiet with friendly neighbours yet close enough to all the action.
It is just a short distance to the cycle path into Newport which is great for walks and not to far away from the town centre of Cowes and the Red Jet.
Sadly it is time for me to move on. I hope the new buyers get as much pleasure living here as I have.
