"This is a nice property, its set upon an elevated residential location with a pleasant open outlook to the front with the bonus of Clyde estuary aspects. The property also enjoys a degree of privacy from neighbouring properties to the front. This family home offers excellent value for your money, there is a degree of modernisation required and this is reflected within the asking price which puts this home within the price range of a mediocre 1 bedroom flat in Greenocks west end. The accommodation on offer within consists of reception hallway with storage cupboard.
