Thereafter follow directional for Inverkip and Wemyss Bay on the A78 Inverkip Road. Continue on the A78, bypassing the village of Inverkip on the left hand side and the Kip Yacht Marina on the right hand side. Continue on the A78, before taking the slip road on the left, then at the bottom of this road turn left and continue up the hill towards the Ardgowan Rise development. At this point, turn left into the Stewart Milne development. Take the left turn into Lairds Dyke, then at the junction turn right into Laxlie Drive where the property is located on the right hand side."
