This mid terraced villa enjoys a cul de sac location within the popular village of Inverkip.

The property does require a degree of modernisation and upgrading and offers accommodation consisting of: entrance hallway with storage cupboard, rear facing lounge with Living Flame gas fire and a good sized breakfasting kitchen complete with a range of base and wall mounted units with space for appliances with a door leading outside to the rear garden. Inverkip railway station is on the electrified line between Wemyss Bay and Glasgow Central station and there are regular bus services within the village on the A78 to neighbouring towns. There are more extensive shopping facilities available in nearby Greenock and there is also secondary schooling available in Gourock and Greenock.

Continue up the hill before taking eventual right onto Kirk Avenue then left into Glen Crescent."
