"This raised ground floor flat sits upon a prime west end location and has the internal specification and presentation to match the address. There is a subtle blend of quality modern finishes which compliment the period fixtures and of course the generously proportioned accommodation. There is a nice relaxed feel to this family home which is well presented throughout and quite literally is good to go. The first impressions are very good as you enter through an imposing solid timber storm door into the spacious hallway which you know can be used for those formal dinners where family and friends descend. There is a walk in storage cupboard which extends to over 3 meters in length. The large bay window lounge is set to the front and has the original three tiered cornicing and centre rose. There is a feature marble fire surround with marble insert and hearth and an inbuilt alcove display unit. The dining kitchen is set to the rear enjoying privacy from the natural tree-line which simply adds to the allure. There are ample fitted floor and wall mounted storage units in a light beech effect finish set upon butchers block style work surfaces with ceramic tiled splash-back. There is an integrated 4 ring gas hob, double electric oven, stainless steel extractor hood and 12 inset halogen ceiling spots. Bedrooms 1 and 3 are set to the rear with a high degree of privacy. Bedroom 1 is a great size and has ceiling cornicing, centre rose and an ornate in built alcove display. The large double window formation makes this room feel even bigger. Bedroom 2 is set to the front and is similarly proportioned to bedroom 1 and also has a large double window formation. The luxuriantly appointed bathroom we think sets this property apart from the majority of its competition on the market, its unusually well proportioned and the fitted furniture within has been well considered offering exceptional storage as well as corner bath, corner shower cubicle with wall mounted thermostatic shower, wc and sink unit. The room is finished in black ceramic wall tiles with grey slate effect laminate flooring, stainless steel wall mounted towel radiator and 5 inset ceiling halogen spots. The property has gas central heating, double glazing, security entry, communal rear garden grounds which are laid mainly to lawn and small private area to the front of the property. There is a large secure basement storage area. Reasons to view............... This is a lovely family home with all the fixtures and accommodation proportions of the Victorian era. It is well presented throughout with modern finishes which compliment the grand rooms. It is a quality west end location that enjoys a high degree of privacy to the rear and is in close proximity to all that central Greenock has to offer. The luxurious bathroom is a surprise and could well be the final 'box ticker'..... EER: D
