"It is very rare to get a house of this size and finished to such a high standard. This four bedroom detached family home is situated in an elevated position with stunning views over Hythe and out to sea.

Stepping in through the door for the first time you are immediately drawn to the extremely large lounge diner. The glazed French doors open into the landscaped gardens. The kitchen diner is perfect for anyone who enjoys dinner parties as it is fully fitted and has space for a dining room table and chairs.

There is a stunning re-fitted bathroom and four double bedrooms upstairs; bedroom one has an en-suite shower room and breathtaking views over to France and Dungeness. Bedroom three also shares the same view, whereas bedrooms two and four overlook the gardens to the rear.

Now for outside, where this property is in a league of its own. The current owners spent two years landscaping the gardens and they have turned what was a steep hill into a beautiful, tranquil, useable space. They have created five different seating areas and a hard standing for them to store their mobile home. They have built a beautiful pond with trickling stream and at the highest point of the garden they have put in a large patio area and summer house, which takes in the most amazing views.

It was the view from the top of the garden that sold this property to us, as you can see all the way across to France and Dungeness on a clear day. Mark has asked us what we have done to our home; he should really have asked us what haven’t we done, because we have done everything.

We spent two years landscaping the garden, because when we moved in the garden was on a continuous slope. We have re-fitted the kitchen, the bathroom and en-suite, replaced all the windows with Anglian windows, replaced the boiler and redecorated throughout.

We have been very spoilt here with the immense space and location. However it is now time for us to downsize and move on.
