"Lapwing is an attractive detached bungalow on the edge of Newtonmore, a short, flat walk from local amenities and facilities. Set within enclosed, mature garden grounds, the property is in immaculate order both inside and out and enjoys some views to Creag Mhor at the rear. The property benefits from oil fired central heating, double glazing, an extremely spacious lounge with wood burning stove, as well as a recent extension to provide an extra room which could be used as a family room, work room or even a bedroom if required. There is a formal dining room, as well as a dining area in the kitchen, all of which give ample space for family living. Recent additions also include a new bathroom, en-suite shower room and pressurised hot water system. There is an attached garage at the side, as well as gravel parking areas at the front.
