"Situated within the increasingly popular Cassiobury Estate only 0.3 miles from the local shops is this very attractive family home which affords well proportioned rooms spread over two floors.   

An entrance hall with stairs rising to the first floor landing provides access to the sitting room and dining room. The sitting room to the rear overlooks and opens onto the delightful rear garden. The kitchen which is to the front of the house has been installed by the current owners and neighbours the dining room & benefits from wall and floor mounted units with ample work surfaces, all set upon a tiled floor. From the kitchen the property has been extended to provide a downstairs wc/shower room.

Situation
