Ricky s Perspective Within a minutes walk Serpentine & Thirlmere WOODS can be found, these are enjoyed by may dog walkers and beautiful all year round, whether it s the bluebells in the spring to gaze upon or the frost off the branches in the winter. Further woodland is found thereafter at Pryor s Wood, over the years I have spotted many of muntjacs, squirrels and other wildlife. Great Ashby District Park is enjoyed by many runners and families, my lot have enjoyed days out down here where we ve had picnics and played a game of rounders. Local shops are incredibly handy for last minute ingredients or everyday essentials. The local takeaways are heaving most evenings the Chinese and fish & chip shop are both excellent, and Pivora Grill is a local favourite. In the warmer months, you can enjoy scenic walks across the fields to the nearby village of Weston, where you ll find pubs like The Cricketers, serving up great pints, Sunday roasts, and stone baked pizzas. For families, ROUND DIAMOND SCHOOL is Ofsted rated Outstanding and even closer than the shops. There s also Busy Bees Nursery, which comes highly recommended by local parents. The home externally benefits from a sun drenched garden is a tranquil haven, ideal for hosting family barbecues or simply relaxing with a book, being west facing you get the sun all afternoon and late evening. The home itself spreads across three generous floors, this home is wonderfully suited to blended or growing families, offering everyone their own sense of space and privacy. Whether you need quiet retreats or shared gathering spots, this layout adapts beautifully to your lifestyle. Well proportions can be said about the bedrooms, I don t think children would argue over who has which bedroom. Three of the six bedrooms have en suits ideal for a busy household when getting ready in the morning, whilst a bathroom off the landing can be enjoyed for more relaxing bath. Handy storage is cleverly integrated throughout the home, including the garage, landing cupboards, built in wardrobes and eaves space offering ample room to keep everything from bikes to holiday decorations neatly tucked away.
