"A traditional two bedroom cottage which is nestled amongst other Victorian houses on the quiet cul de sac of Arthur Road. The accommodation comprises open plan living/dining room and kitchen with door onto the rear garden to the ground floor, as well as two bedrooms and spacious bathroom to the first floor. rear garden features a patio area, lawn and sun deck with wooden shed. Arthur Road is located on the east side of St. Albans and benefits from good local schools, is within walking distance of the mainline station and close to Fleetville and Clarence Parks.

Ground Floor
The bright red front door opens into the living room with sash window to the front aspect and alcove shelving to the right of the chiney breast as well as beautiful French Oak flooring which runs seamlessly through to the dining room which features a sash window onto the side/rear garden. A door leads into the partially tiled kitchen which is fitted with a range of wood effect wall and floor mounted units and complementary worktop over.
