"A charming period property situated behind a gated entrance to a private gravelled driveway. The property sits within a desirable location less than one mile from Kings Langley train station. The front door opens into a welcoming entrance hall with stairs to the first and second floor. To the second floor are two bedrooms serviced by a well appointed bathroom and WC. The first floor affords two further bedrooms one of which enjoys a Jack and Jill WC which can also be accessed from the landing. The first floor bathroom is situated next to the Study/Bedroom five. There is a spacious attic with a gable window which offers potential.
To the ground floor is a 23ft sitting room opening into a delightful garden room overlooking the beautifully maintained gardens. A dining room is situated to the front of the house and kitchen to the rear. These two rooms are divided by a well positioned utility room and conveniently placed downstairs cloakroom. This completes the internal accommodation which boasts a wealth of character throughout. From the kitchen a side door opens to the rear garden.
