The easiest approach is to take the A466, proceeding North from Monmouth. After approximately two and a half miles, turn left at the small staggered cross roads, signposted Llanrothal. Proceed for aproximately quarter of a mile, ignore the first turning to the left signposted the old shop & taking the second turning down signposted Upper Coombe and Ashcroft. Proceed down the lane and round to the right where the barn can be found.
