"This is one of the finest houses of its size and age to be found in the South Shropshire/North Herefordshire area. It stands in a delightful village about four miles south of Ludlow and similar distances from Tenbury Wells and Leominster.

The house has been beautifully maintained and appointed with gas central heating and double glazing. The extensive accommodation includes a splendid large 20' long drawing room, a separate dining room, conservatory/sitting room and study. The fabulous fitted kitchen with breakfast area includes a gas fired Aga and a comprehensive range of units. There is a separate 14'6'' long utility room with sink and fitted cupboards. On the first floor are five very good bedrooms. Three of the double bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. The two principal bedrooms have ensuite facilities, one of which has a dressing room.

    The village of Brimfield lies about 4 miles south of Ludlow off the A49 Hereford road. Leave Ludlow town centre across the river bridge by The Charlton Arms and continue for about 2 miles to the junction with the A49 Ludlow bypass. Turn right and continue for almost 2 miles. Turn right immediately after The Salway Arms opposite the Tenbury Road. Follow Wyson Lane for about 400 yards. Derwent House is on the right."
