The Cart Shed is a well-appointed detached barn conversion in beautiful countryside, an easy 6 mile drive from Hay on Wye.
It was converted in 2010 to an exacting specification, with oak floors and doors, bespoke oak staircase and all modern conveniences, and is set inside a lovely former farm building with a wealth of original stone and beams. The property has LPG central heating including underfloor heating downstairs, electric underfloor heating in the bathrooms, and heated towel rails. The kitchen has a dual fuel range cooker, built in fridge and a dishwasher. There is also a breakfast area and large utility room/boot room. The house has a large garden and paddock. The vendors have added a garden building which is currently used as an office. This is ideal for homeworkers, but is also suitable for a variety of other uses. It is fully insulated and double glazed and is provided with heating, light and power. High-speed broadband is currently provided to the property over a satellite link, and BT superfast broadband will be available before the end of 2015.
