Shiplake is a desirable Thames side village about a mile from Henley-on-Thames, The Chestnuts being an attractive cul-de-sac a stone`s throw from the centre which offers a thriving village shopPost Office, butchers and gastro pub. Shiplake station provides easy access to Reading and London. There is an excellent village primary school, buses to Gillots, Moulsford prep and more plus a large selection of private schools such as Rupert House Shiplake College and Queen Anne`s. Reading is approx. 6 miles and access to the motorway network is via Jct 89 M4.
