"This extensive property is full of excellent touches, and set in a lovely position in this very well-regarded road. With adaptable and well-planned reception areas, this really is an excellent choice for families and downsizers alike.

Fonbrig has been extended and remodelled by the current owners, to produce a pleasing balance, and sensible separation, between reception spaces and bedrooms. The layout ensures that it still retains the ability to be used in a variety of ways depending on the needs of the occupiers. The result is a highly attractive, spacious home with three bedrooms and three reception rooms, with a lovely garden in which to relax at the rear.

A porch leads into a spacious hall from which the sitting room and bedrooms can be reached. The sitting room itself is a wide, comfortable room with log burning stove and large front-facing window.
