This well presented house is in what must be the best part of the ever popular Badger Farm area of Winchester.

Layout.

The large front garden provides parking for two cars and a lawn.
The front door opens into a small hallway which then leads through to the large reception room. The kitchen covers the width of the house at the back and has a door into the rear garden. This is laid to lawn with low maintenance boarders and a shed at the bottom.

Upstairs are two bedrooms, front and back with the bathroom in the middle. The smaller bedroom could probably accept a double bed but I prefer to call it a large single. The bathroom has a full bath with a proper shower over.

The house is currently undergoing complete re-decoration and a new kitchen is being installed so we are only showing outside pictures at the moment. You are welcome to arrange a viewing but will need to be able to visualise it as it will be...if you wait till the works are completed it will probably already be let!

Ivy Close is at the bottom of the hill. It is a 'leafy suburb' on the edge of open country with areas of mature woodland close by. Road access is a bit convoluted so follow your GPS but there is also a foot bridge over the railway that provides access to St Cross and a fairly level walk into the City centre.
The house is in the catchment area of some really good schools.
