" This two bedroom mid terrace home is situated in a quiet cul de sac in the heart of the village of Colden Common which offers excellent amenities and a popular school as well as benefitting from being close to Winchester with its mainline railway station and main motorway access routes.

The accommodation briefly comprises an entrance hall, kitchen, lounge/diner on the ground floor, whilst on the first floor there are two good sized bedrooms and a bathroom.

Additional benefits include an enclosed rear garden and a garage. 

INSIDE The front door opens into an entrance hall. To the side of the hallway there are two storage cupboards. The kitchen has a window to the front aspect and is fitted with a matching range of wall and base units with space for appliances. The lounge/diner has a window and door leading out to the rear garden and stairs leading to the first floor.

On the first floor landing there is access to the loft. A good sized master bedroom has a window to the rear aspect. Bedroom two, also a good sized room, has a window to the front aspect. The bathroom has an obscured window to the front aspect and has been fitted with a suite comprising panel enclosed bath, wash hand basin and low level WC.

DIRECTIONS From our office in Hedge End turn right onto Lower Northam Road and at the roundabout take the second exit onto Woodhouse Lane. At the end of this road turn left onto Winchester Road and continue along this road for some distance which will turn into Botley Road. Follow this road through Horton Heath and Fair Oak where the road will become Winchester Road. Continue along this road until the Colden Common roundabout, taking the first exit onto Church Lane. Follow this road and turn right into Tees Farm Road. Take the third turning on the right into Oak Tree Close. "
