"Tucked away in the bottom of a cul-de-sac lies this spacious four bedroom detached home.

If it is space that you are looking for then look no further. On the ground floor there is a large and bright 25ft lounge with dual aspect windows and patio doors leading out onto the garden.

The kitchen is well equipped for cooking up a storm with plenty of cupboard and surface area and space for everyday appliances along with a utility room. There is even enough room to put a breakfast table. Handy for keeping an eye on the children whilst cooking or eating somewhere less formal.

If you need an area where you can get your head down and work from home then the study is perfect, It is located at the front of the house.

Upstairs the bright and spacious theme continues with four double bedrooms. There are three toilets in the house, one located on the ground floor, the family bathroom and the en-suite to the master have been recently refitted.

Outside there is a lovely landscaped garden to the rear with a decked area. To the front there is driveway parking for a couple of cars leading to a detached double garage.

It was the location that really appealed to us with this house we thought it had one of the nicest plots and was quite secluded.

Having a family we couldn't have wished for more space each of the girls had their own room and there was still a spare for when guests came to stay. All the schools in the area are just strolling distance from the house.

Since moving into the property we have made a few changes including replacing the bathroom and en-suite and a new fireplace in the lounge. We have decorated just to put our own stamp on the house.
