"A great opportunity to purchase a detached home, beautifully tucked away in a secluded spot in the highly desirable location of Lovedean. The property has been very well maintained by the existing owners with quality fittings throughout, and is modern with a character feel. From our office continue North out of Emsworth along the Horndean Road for some time. This road will continue into Comley Hill and Whichers Gate Road. At the roundabout by St Johns Primary School take the second exit along the B2149 towards Horndean and the A3(M), continue on this road for sometime. At the next roundabout take the first exit and continue over the A3(M) towards Horndean and Cowplain. At the next roundabout by Morrison's Superstore take the first exit and turn left at the next traffic lights. Take the fifth turning, signposted towards Lovedean and No.97b will be found on the left.
