"This extended three bedroom semi detached family home resides within the catchment of Horndean Technology College, Padnell Junior and infants school. The property is set over two floors and consists of a double glazed storm porch to the front aspect which in turn opens into a spacious light and airy entrance hall which gives access to the well proportioned Shower room/WC, which is tiled to the majority. Lounge with feature chimney breast and French doors leading into the formal dining room with sliding doors out into the rear garden. The Kitchen is fitted with base level and wall mounted units finished with roll edge work surfaces and access is provided to the rear garden via a double glazed door. To the first floor there are three well proportioned bedrooms and a family bathroom. Externally there is a 20ft detached garage with side access which is accessed by the large tarmac driveway secured by a five bar gate. The rear garden is mainly laid to lawn and bordered by panel fencing and various shrubs and flowers.
