40 West Street enjoys a quiet position on an unadopted lane in Tadley Common, a large area of heathland and an area of Special Scientific Interest, yet despite its semi rural setting, the property is within walking distance of the centre of Tadley. Tadley now offers a fairly comprehensive range of leisure, recreational and educational facilities catering for most day to day requirements, including schools, two supermarkets, a golf course and a swimming pool.
