A beautiful four double bedroom family home which has just undergone extensive renovation and extension work. The property is a high specification family home with approximately 1,605 square foot of living accommodation, offered to the market with no onward chain.

The well-proportioned accommodation downstairs comprises predominantly of open plan living space to the rear of the property. In addition, there is a separate study and a separate snug or family room. The open plan living space has a beautifully fitted new kitchen which has stone worktops and upstands, stone splash back, built in fridgefreezer, Bosch dishwasher, Bosch one and a half oven and induction hob. The feature island has three feature lights above and breakfast bar.

The living space has two sets of French doors, lantern roof and space for TV to be wall mounted. In addition, there is also a dining area. The utility room also has stone worktops, a secondary wash basin and space for white goods. There is a side door to the garden and door into the garage.

Throughout the downstairs there is karndean grey wood effect flooring, minus the snugfamily room which has carpet. There is also a separate WC. The property has CAT5 installed.

Local state and private schools for all age groups are close by including Bramley C of E School across the road. Basingstoke Town Centre is also just 6.5 miles away and Reading 12 miles.
