"Keen to make your mark on your new home? Then this maybe your lucky day!

This home has an upstairs bathroom, so I'm a fan already! There's nothing worse than negotiating the stairs in the middle of the night if you need to visit the bathroom."But", I hear you say, "I like the facility of a toilet downstairs it means I don't have to run up and down the stairs through the day", well we have hit the jackpot as there is a downstairs toilet too.

This two bedroom mid terraced house has two separate reception rooms, the front room has the bay which adds to the size.

The garden is a nice size for Southsea but will need some imagination as Edward and Jacqui are not keen gardeners, at the moment is laid to lawn.

The location is not only in walking distance to Palmerston Road and Albert Road but if you are an out of town worker it has great access to the Eastern Road out of Portsmouth.

This has been our family home for 17 years. The location is fantastic and in close proximity to the seafront/parks and motorways. It has always been a happy home with good neighbours. As our family has grown we just need to up size and sadly move away from the area. We truly hope that our new house is as great as what we have had and enjoyed here.
