"If you are looking for a family home or a first time buy where you have everything on your doorstep then look no further.
Situated in a popular part of Eastney it's not just the location that will impress you. The living room has plenty of space to relax on the sofa whilst the separate dining room is the ideal place to entertain friends or family.
The modern fitted kitchen benefits from a bay window which provides more space and light than most two bedroom houses have and the modern downstairs bathroom means that both bedrooms are good sized doubles.
The property is double glazed and has a gas central heating system, so you should be nice and cozy in the colder months.

The main thing I love about Landguard Road is the area. The local shops are great and it is lovely if you have kids as there are several parks nearby, and some wonderful schools. Even the seafront is only a 15-20 minute walk.

We have had the property rented out so everything has had to be in good condition. The next owners should be able to move straight in because everything has been re-decorated.
