"A fantastic two double bedroom bay and forecourt property in a highly sought after area, only five minutes walk to the talked about Albert Road, with its fantastic restaurants and cafes. In the other direction is the train station that goes directly to London.

The house has two double bedrooms with storage and downstairs a fantastic 19ft kitchen/diner with doors opening onto the rear garden.

The house is in good order and really must be seen.

What the Owner says:

I have loved living here for many years, and the thing that attracted me to this house was the lovely sunny aspect. Full sun in the front in the morning and a west facing garden was a must for me, perfect fro topping up the tan and having fun barbecue evenings.

The large kitchen/diner provided perfect entertaining space. The location is also great for all the amenities in Albert Road and Fratton station is only a five minutes walk away.

I decided to let it out for a couple of years, but now I feel it is just time to move on.
