" An extended three bedroom family home located within a cul-de-sac in Waltham Chase. This semi-detached property has had a ground floor extension providing additional and versatile accommodation. The property features include an entrance hall, sitting room, dining room/family room, a fitted kitchen with utility, cloakroom and breakfast room. On the first floor there are three bedrooms and a family bathroom. Additional benefits include gas central heating and double glazing. Outside, there is a front garden, off road parking and an approximately 66ft rear garden.

The area offers local amenities such as a post office, thriving village hall, village stores, primary school and is situated close to Wickham and Bishops Waltham town centres. There are larger amenities in the nearby village of Botley offering a mainline train station with access to London Waterloo and Eastleigh. Hedge End also offers superstores and motorway access to major cities such as Winchester, Southampton and Portsmouth via the M27/M3.
