" This three bedroom semi-detached home has been extended to provide spacious open plan living accommodation and comes with an attractive rear garden and off road parking. Accommodation on the ground floor comprises an entrance hall, open plan lounge and dining area with feature fireplace and wood burning stove, fitted kitchen with breakfast area with doors leading out to the rear garden and a family bathroom, whilst on the first floor there are three bedrooms. Additional benefits include gas central heating and double glazing. Outside, there is a small front garden, off road parking and an enclosed rear garden.

The property is located within Waltham Chase offering a range of local amenities including a post office, village stores, thriving village hall and primary school. The neighbouring market town of Bishops Waltham has a wide variety of shops, boutiques and amenities, with Botley offering a mainline railway station with access to London Waterloo. Hedge End also offers superstores and motorway access to major cities such as Winchester, Southampton and Portsmouth via the M27 and M3.
