"This character detached property was formerly the American consulate in the 1940s and is positioned in a highly sought after residential area that has conservation status.

It is ideally situated within walking distance of the extensive shopping facilities of Portswood Broadway and the ornamental residents gardens that are a delightful feature of this aspired to neighbourhood.
