" This two bedroom mid-terrace home is conveniently situated in Woolston close to a range of amenities including Woolston train station, shops, schools and bus services. Southampton city centre is also close at hand offering a comprehensive range of shops, bars and resturants.

The accommodation briefly comprises an entrance hall, lounge/dining room, kitchen and on the first floor two bedrooms and a bathroom. Outside there is an enclosed rear garden. 

INSIDE The front door leads into the entrance hall which in turn leads through to the kitchen and the lounge/dining room. The kitchen is situated to the front of the property with a window to the front aspect and is fitted with a range of wall and base units with space for appliances. The lounge/dining room is a good size and has stairs to the first floor and a window and door to the rear.

On the first floor the master bedroom can be found to the rear of the property with fitted wardrobes and a window to the rear aspect. Bedroom two is located to the front of the property with a window to the front aspect. The bathroom has a matching suite comprising a panel enclosed bath with a shower over, low level W/C and a pedestal wash hand basin.

DIRECTIONS From our office in Hedge End turn left at the traffic lights onto Upper Northam Road and proceed along the road away from the village centre. At the roundabout take the second exit onto Charles Watts Way and continue along this road and at the next roundabout take the second exit onto Thornhill Park Road. Follow this road for some distance before merging right onto Maybray King Way. Stay to the left hand side and take the first exit and at the top of the slip road turn left onto West End Road. Stay on this road as it becomes Peartree Avenue and follow it for a good distance until turning left into Radstock Road and immediately right into Vineyard Close where the property is located. "
