" This well-proportioned, three bedroom, semi-detached new build home has been finished to a high standard throughout, comprising an 18ft kitchen/diner, spacious lounge with bi-folding doors opening out to the rear garden and a cloakroom on the ground floor. On the first floor there are three bedrooms, with an en-suite to the master and a stylish family bathroom. In addition, there is also a good size L-shaped loft room with two Velux windows. Outside, there is ample off road parking and an attractive southerly facing rear garden.
