" This modern four bedroom detached family home briefly comprises an entrance hall, 18ft lounge, separate dining room, study, kitchen/breakfast room, utility and cloakroom. On the first floor there are four double bedrooms, with an en-suite and dressing room to the master, and a modern family bathroom.

To the front of the property there is a driveway providing off road parking, leading to the integral double garage. To the rear there is an enclosed rear garden with a paved patio area, leaving the rest of the garden mainly laid to lawn with a decked area to the rear with a heated swimming pool.

The property is located in Locks Heath and benefits from being close to a range of local amenities including shops and schools, as well as being close to the M27 motorway links.
 

INSIDE The front door opens into the entrance hall which has stairs leading to the first floor and doors through to the lounge, kitchen, dining room and cloakroom. At the roundabout take the second exit into Providence Hill and follow this road for some distance which will turn into Bridge Road. Upon reaching the roundabout turn right into Brook Lane and at the next roundabout turn left into Headland Drive. At the end of the road turn right into Locks Road and continue along this road for some distance, turning right into Monterey Drive. Follow the road round to the right where the property can be found towards the end. "
