" This two bedroom detached bungalow is offered with no forward chain and has spacious accommodation throughout comprising an entrance hall, 17ft lounge, separate dining room, kitchen, conservatory, two double bedrooms, bathroom and a cloakroom.
Outside, there is a driveway providing ample off road parking, leading to the detached single garage. To the rear there is an enclosed rear garden which is mainly laid to lawn with tree and shrub borders.

The property is located in Old Hedge End and benefits from being within walking distance of the village centre with its range of shops, schools and amenities. Hedge End's out-of-town retail park and the M27 motorway links are also close by. 

INSIDE The front door opens into the entrance porch which in turn leads through to the entrance hall. The good size lounge has two windows to the side, patio doors leading out to the conservatory and a fireplace to one wall. The conservatory enjoys views of the rear garden and has a door to the side.
