"INTRODUCTION This charming three bedroom detached house was built in the 1920s and has been in the same family ownership since then. Full of character and original features this property has great potential. The house is situated in Hedge End and therefore benefits from a range of local amenities such as shops, schools and bus services. Further amenities include M27 motorway links, mainline railway station and an out of town retail park.
The property briefly comprises of and entrance porch, cloakroom, kitchen, dining room and lounge on the ground floor. On the first floor there are three good sized bedrooms and the family bathroom. Outside the property benefits from a large front garden that is mainly lawn and pedestrian access to the enclosed rear garden. The driveway provides off road parking.
