" This three bedroom semi-detached period property is offered with no forward chain and is situated on a good size plot, offering excellent potential for development (subject to the relevant planning consents). The accommodation comprises an entrance porch, lounge, separate dining room, kitchen and bathroom on the ground floor, and three bedrooms on the first floor.

The property is located in Old Hedge End and benefits from being within walking distance of the village centre with its range of shops, schools and amenities. Hedge End's out-of-town retail park and the M27 motorway links are also close by.  

INSIDE The front door opens into the entrance porch which in turn leads through to the hallway which has stairs leading to the first floor and doors through to the lounge and dining room. The lounge has a bay window to the front and a fireplace to one wall. The dining room has a window to the side, an understairs storage cupboard, fireplace and a door leading through to the kitchen. The kitchen has a window and door to the side leading out to the garden.
