" Situated in a cul-de-sac location, this two bedroom terraced home benefits from a southerly facing rear garden and a garage, located in a nearby block. The accommodation briefly comprises a 19ft lounge, kitchen and conservatory on the ground floor, whilst on the first floor there are two double bedrooms and a modern shower room.  

LOCATION The property is located in Hedge End and benefits from being close to local shops, schools and amenities, including both Hedge End and Botley village centers, as well as all main motorway access routes. Upon entering Bedford Close, the property can be found a short way along on the right hand side. 

INSIDE The front door opens into the entrance porch, which in turn leads through to the spacious lounge, which has a window to the front and stairs leading to the first floor. A door at the end of the room leads through to the kitchen, which has a window to the rear and a range of fitted units. There is a built-in oven and electric hob with extractor over, a water softener and appliance space for a fridgefreezer, dishwasher and washing machine. A door then leads through to the conservatory which has central heating and an insulated flat roof, enabling use all year round.
