" This well-presented three bedroom terraced home offers good size accommodation within a cul-de-sac location and benefits from being within comfortable walking distance of the village centre. Accommodation on the ground floor briefly comprises a large porch, a converted garage/storage room, a kitchen/breakfast room and sitting room. On the first floor there are three good size bedrooms and a family bathroom. Additional benefits include gas central heating, double glazing and a rear garden.

The pretty market town of Bishops Waltham offers a broad range of shops, boutiques and general amenities with the neighbouring village of Botley only minutes away which has its own railway station. The Cathedral City of Winchester, Southampton Airport and all main motorway access routes are also within easy reach.
 

INSIDE The property is approached via a UPVC double glazed front door to the entrance porch which has a built-in storage cupboard, space for a washing machine, a worktop, a window to the front aspect and doors to both the storage room and breakfast room.
