Our View

We have owned the home for approximately 26 years and still enjoy the wonderful location and marina. Calshot Court has been a fantastic home for us with enough space for all the family, the lounge/dining area is ideal for family gatherings or to relax after work with a good book watching over the marina. Over the years we have lived in the home we have re-decorated, added a refitted boiler and modernised the family bathroom. Ocean village location could not be better for us, with local shops and amenities within walking distance an array of bars and restaurants but most importantly a real community feel in a cul-de-sac it has been perfect. We are only moving for relocation and really hope the next buyers will love the home just as much as we have.
