Our View

SELLERS VIEW- We were instantly drawn to City Annexe at Anderson's road not only for the fantastic location but the individual style of the building and apartment over other newer builds we had seen. The apartment is a building oozes character and with large windows, beams and having lots of space it has been the perfect home for us to entertain or have time alone. Since we have lived at the property we have re-decorated and have been really impressed by not only the fantastic location. Working in the town centre the bikes that came with the property have been extremely useful for getting around, however with only a 15 minute approx walk to the City centre, local shops only 2 minutes approx away and the tranquil Ocean Village with stylish bars and restaurants nearby we couldn't be better situated. We are only moving as we are relocating back to Australia, however we really hope that the next buyers will love the home just as much as we have.
