"Well presented, secluded detached house positioned in the popular location of Hightown. The property has four bedrooms, family bathroom and ensuite shower room, sitting room, kitchen breakfast room, dining room and a 16ft conservatory to the rear. Detached double garage and off road parking with an enclosed and quite private rear garden. Sellers suited.
On approach, a dropped kerb leads to the driveway which provides off road parking and leads to a detached double garage. Paved pathway leads to the front door and to the right hand side of the house where there is a timber gate leading to the rear garden. The front garden is laid to lawn with shrub borders and is bound mostly by beech hedge which provides a good degree of seclusion.
