"Simply an amazing two double bedroom apartment that is crying out for a single professional or young couple to purchase.

Beautiful throughout, you can just move straight on in; there is nothing that you would do or want to do to improve - it is complete. Come on in from work, park your car in your own parking space, no wrestling around the streets trying to squeeze in a gap, run upstairs, put the TV on, catch up with the daily news, pop into the kitchen to rustle up some food and then chill out with your feet up in the very comfortable lounge.

The general location of the flat is excellent; close to all local amenities - the main road links in and out of town are very close by and if you like to hit the gym for a work out or swim after work, the Mountbatten Health Centre is a five minute stroll away.

I have owned the flat now for some six years and over this period of time, I have totally updated throughout.
When I was looking, I was a single female and for me, the fact I could park in my own allocated parking space was a huge selling point. The sheer size of the flat really appealed too and I liked the idea of my own front door, with no communal areas.
When I purchased, I was extremely close to my place of work, which was also a very strong selling point for me. Since moving into the property, my family has grown and I feel that now the time has come for us to move on. I very much hope that the next buyer takes as much enjoyment from the property as I have.
