This is a very attractive, recently renovated property with good quality furnishings and very attractive period features.  The house is spacious and comfortable with 5 double bed rooms, 2 bathrooms ( 1 upstairs with toilet, bath with shower over and basin and one downstairs with toilet, shower and basin) and a large kitchen and living room. The furnishings are of high quality throughout. The house is managed by experienced, local landlords who are easily contactable should the need arise and like to sort out any problems  quickly.

The house is double glazed, has gas central heating and wired in smoke/ heat alarms throughout and in each bedroom. Hot water is on demand at any time.

The road is an attractive no through road in an area popular with students and the general public. The large Asda and other shops / takeaways are very close. There is also a corner shop nearby. The private garden is very attractive and has space for bike storage. 

Each bedroom has a lockable door, double bed, desk, chair, wardrobe, chest of drawers and pin board. All bedrooms, stairs and landing have a modern striped carpet.

The kitchen has an attractive range of solid wood fronted units with plenty of storage space, oven, hob, microwave, 2 fridges, freezer, washing machine, table and chairs/ stools. 

The comfortable lounge is a special feature which needs to be seen to be appreciated  fully. It has 2 comfortable Sofas and a bucket chair, a glass tv unit, an Ethernet cable to the wireless router, cable tv connection point, Freeview TV connection point and a satellite dish connection point. Double glazed French doors open onto the walled garden. 

It is only a short walk to the University (approximately 15 mins)  or to Southsea and nightclubs, bars and restaurants. Food shopping is on your doorstep. Fratton station is only a short walk away as is the University free bus.
